The shadow circled him

"Well, Yes. A Vegas is a gathering spot"

Alex took the chance to steady himself, he breathed slowly, watching the Shadow's movement carefully. He was waiting for an attack from any direction.

Yukari stares.

Marisa nods.

But then Reimu came in and stole all the glory...

The shadow possesses Alex, not harmful, and Alex has full control of himself. But the shadow only reads his most secret desires with Yukari

As the Shadow moves to possess, Alex quite impressively slashes at it. A futile effort, however. He blinks as there seems to be no effect. He stands up straight, confused as he lowers his blade.

O... Kay...

Alex's most secret desires of Yukari were what one could expect, due to him being... Well, a guy. Oddly enough, however, most of them involved actually developing a relationship with her, learning the powers she had, and of course, having a child. Further dwelling showed that he lacked the confidence to seek it out, however.

Shadow puts this into his mind

"Yukari IS pregnant"

Wait...I know that shadow...

Marisa looks over at them.

Alex flinches. He begins to think of a response. "It's not like I knew... And I wasn't going to try. But I'm not going to let her get depressed. If you have a problem, then we can fight right now, because she would deserve someone better."

Yeah... I think it knows you, too...

There is no need to fight.

Yukari says, trying to keep the two from killing eachother.

"I suggest not fighting a mere mortal like you" The shadow responded. He goes to his other desires

Alex drops to his knees, the blade slips from his grasp as he takes hold of his head. And begins to block his thoughts.

I don't care who the hell you are... Get out of my head...!

"It seems you have no thoughts in my daughter"

The shadow sprayed out of Alexes body "Oh and, if you DID kill yourself, It STILL wouldnt kill me"

Alex almost collapses, but stops himself. He was breathing heavily, and coughs up a few drops of blood. His will was strong, but wild and untamed. It was a good thing that Nedus did not force his presence any longer, as that might have caused a painful death...

This echoes in the distance as Nedus sees a very large laser inches away from him. It seems Marisa has mistakened him for an enemy.

Nedus forms his body "Jealousy!!" He yelled.

Nedus gets hit by the laser, he soon fell

Tch... You don't deserve her. You're manipulative and cruel.

He smirks as the laser hits Nedus.

And it seems Karma agrees with me...

Marisa runs over to them.

Yukari helps Nedus up.

Remilia goes over quickly to help Alex up. But Alex struggles, held up only by Remilia's strength.

S-... Shit! I can't feel my legs...

Remilia examined the blood for a moment.

Your body rejected his presence at a dangerous rate... You're lucky that it's only a temporary side effect, it might have been worse.

Nedus holds back his tear, but still yelled "Dont you see I love her!? I cant loose her, to ANYONE!! She is the only person who does love me..." Nedus seems to retrait to his Ai missing self

Yukari sighs. She was in a difficult position.

I don't care what your reasons are! Your means were unnecessary, I despise you. 'Nedus'. And in my eyes, you are a danger to her. If you hurt her.... I'll hunt you down personally.

Alex. Don't push yourself.

"Hurt her? HURT HER!? Only person is hurting her is... I WILL NEVER HURT HER!!"

Yukari walks away, ignoring everyone.

I wouldn't pick a fight with that guy, I only took him down this time because I got lucky.
