Alex began to collapse again. Remilia was still holding him up, it didn't seem like he would respond anymore at the moment.

... He's unconscious. We don't need to be fighting each other, we have larger problems.

Nedus blows a White Orb into Alex, causing him to gain health "TALK!!"

Alex opens his eyes and turns gaze to Nedus.

I've said enough! If you can't accept that, so be it!

Remilia was holding him back.

"I want her to be my wife, I'll love her more than ANY HUMAN CAN!!!" Nedus yells "You dont... you just live with desires. You want her!? Lets SEE if you can handle her!!!"

Yukari sighs.

He who desires has a strong will...He who loves has a strong heart.

You forced your way into my head! Those were never supposed to be revealed! Yukari isn't some "trophy" for us to fight over! You're just proving my point the more you rant!

There was the faint sound of clapping, as a Demon walks forth, Marisa would recognize him as the same Demon that empowered her.

Oh, this is delicious. But I fear it would be over far too fast...

The Demon stands infront of Alex, a large smile on his face.

What do you say, Human? Do you wish to recieve powers far beyond a mere Human's capabilities?

Alex fell silent, it was clear in his expression that he was considering it.

Marisa looks towards the Demon.

You again?!

"Dont be a fool, Alex!! I dont want to kill a human... Got that!?"

Tch... Maybe you should learn just how powerful a Human can be!

He looks to the Demon and nods. The Demon then raises his hand as a red orb with a pure black aura appears, floating above his palm. Alex is raised into the air.

Excellent, there is one final term... I will require a favor in the future.

"Demon, this means nothing, I will kill you!!"

Marisa steps between the two.

You two, knock it off!

Nedus grabs the orb, not letting Alex inhale it

Alex thinks for a moment. He eventually sighs.

Marisa is right... I can't do this.

The Demon simply pauses for a moment, he releases Alex, a thud sounding out as this goes on. The Demon turns and begins to walk away.

How boring...

Marisa sticks her tongue out at the demon and begins taunting him.

I could call in that favor now, Marisa.

The Demon says rather menacingly as he leaves. Alex finally sits up and rubs his forehead.

Not quite how I imagined the first day to play out...

Marisa pauses, her eyes widen.

Nedus smashes the orb, disregarding the possiility it might absorb into him

The Demon cackles as he leaves, apparently amused by Marisa's fear. He eventually fades from sight. Alex looks over to Yukari.

... Sorry, this must have made you upset. I just hate the feeling of being powerless, and I've seen enough of people like... Him... Something snapped.

He genuinely seemed to be ashamed about this.

I understand...I...I need time to think.

Yukari opens a gap and enters it, she closes it behind her.

Marisa hides behind Remilia.

"Just dont think about touching her!"

Alex did not reply, he let himself fall to the ground, he stares at the sky.

Shut up already, Nedus. I still don't like, nor respect you. You remind me of someone I know.

Remilia shivered slightly, but then looks to Marisa.

It's okay, Marisa...

Yukari seems deeply troubled by something.

Marisa hugs Remilia.

I don't want to do him any favors!!! I don't even know what that favor is!

Alex only stares at the sky.

.... A 'mere Human', and I've already made a mess in Gensokyo... Dammit...

Remilia smiles, attempting it to be in a comforting manner.

It's okay... I'll help you when he calls in that favor.

Marisa smiles. She kisses Remilia.

Nedus turns to Yukari "Whats wrong?"
