| It's a book that I found when Nedus, a Phantom, saved my life and brought me to his realm. It seems to change each time I read it... It elaborates on powers that can be useful in the upcoming battle. | |

People are in hiding, and there just happens to be a huge group of survivors here that can use the help of your Military.
