Cirno lands, then spots Veledren and Patchouli.

Veledren takes off the mask, looking at Cirno.

Hey, it's the Fairy that wanted me to make the mountain disappear with the stick.

Rumia lands, looking to them for a moment, and then to Cirno.

You know them?

She was the one that helped me with the rock, remember?

Rumia laughs a little.

Cirno pauses for a moment.

....Ooohhhhh, now Eye remember.

Strange, I didn't expect to see you here, though.

Rumia examines Veledren for a moment.

What's with the outfit?

Veledren is silent for a moment.

.... I feel safe while wearing it.

Rumia falls silent. She eventually responds.

You feel..... Safe...?

Patchouli confusedly responds.

I don't know! It just feels like... Now I'm not "in the open", easy to attack, or something along those lines.

Veledren replies.

Uh... I guess that makes sense.

No more than your standard Platemail Helmet. Besides, it's comfortable. Keeps the sun out of my eyes.

Rumia ponders.

Maybe I should get one, then...

Plus I don't have to worry about anyone getting any bright ideas with what I look like. Hard to track someone by their face if they never see it.

Cirno covers her face with her hands.

Sort of, if no one knows what you look like. You don't have to worry about anyone deciding to take revenge after the battle. Since I seem to get in more than enough of them... It doesn't hurt to be cautious.

Rumia nods.

Ah, the outfit does make sense, then.

It looks kinda creepy... Cirno comments.

Well, intimidation is a part of it, too. People see someone wearing this, they're less likely to start something.

And that works into my advantage, not having to fight every other person I see makes it easier. Plus, while I'm at home, it's not like I have to wear it either.

Well that's good, I wouldn't want our kid to be afraid... Patchouli thinks.

Well, it is decided. While at the Mansion, I will not wear it unless necessary.

Hm... Is Nedus having trouble with the Defenders of the Halberd? He's certainly taking a little while to reach us.

Patchouli nods, then laughs.

If he is, he certainly deserves it.
