| He slams the sword down against Nedus' blade. And then he looks over at Patchouli..... The circle on his shoulder begins to glow, and he returns gaze to Nedus. He and Nedus could hear the Demon's voice.

A red aura appears around Veledren. It is small and is gradually building over time. | |

| Veledren turns swiftly, sending another strike at Nedus. The red aura continues to grow. As it surrounds him more and more, his armor begins to take a blackened appearance.
Now... Show him what you are truely capable of. Perhaps you will be ready sooner than I originally thought...

| Veledren collides his blade with Kelliun, the red aura constantly forcing it back. Veledren moves his free hand to take hold of Nedus' arm once more. If he was successful, he would begin applying a great amount of pressure that would cause sickening snapping and cracking sounds. | |

| Nedus still had a great grip on Kelliun, he applies great force, and pushes back Veledren. With his other arm, he sends a fast orb at Veledren, to loose grip on Veledrens other arm "Im a phantom, do you think THAT causes any pain!!??"

| Veledren skids back and forces the orb aside by slamming it with his arm. He then pauses, grabbing hold of the helmet and beginning to "rip" it off. The red aura was fleeting.
... You already refuse this power? It makes no difference. Just don't get yourself killed by some sense of 'Humanity'.... Your body is a valuable resource.
He falls to his knees as he throws the helmet aside. Breathing heavily. He looks at Nedus.
... To hell with this... You're not that important.
He stands, looking over at Patchouli, and going over to aid her. | |
