Remilia is absent for a little while, but she finally returns with a bowl of "soup" for Flandre.

She hands the bowl to Flandre.

(Since if I remember correctly, Flandre doesn't know she is a Vampire and thus, enjoys a bowl of 'soup' delivered to the basement now and then. Feel free to correct me if this is not the case, though.)

Remilia begins to think in silence once more, she had the chance to calm down -- More importantly, she needed to be calm in order to take care of Flandre. With all of this decided in her mind, she casted aside feeling afraid or sad, and focused on what was at hand. She would need to gather support, that much was clear. Reimu was the first and most obvious choice, given how powerful she was.
