The Air Conditioner, they always had a master plan to rule the world, Airman is no match for them whatsoever.
Tough call, Metal Sonic certainly has the speed but lacks the weaponry to get in close. It also depends on which Megaman we're talking here, if it's the old school one or "X". Old school? Probably Metal Sonic, but X? Yeah.... X is gonna win that one.
Pretty sure Mecha Sonic here because he's a badass.
Aaro and Dundellon, in the "Blade of the Haunted" Saga would triumph over them as an unexpected turn of events.
Super Sonic, need I really say why? He's stopped more powerful than Mecha Godzilla, he's practically invulnerable in the state, unless he runs out of rings (unlikely), Mecha Godzilla stands no chance.
Remilia. For all Dracula of Castlevania 1 is worth, he wouldn't stand a chance against Remilia. Now the area right before Death -and- fighting Death... Maybe we'll talk differently. | |

I'm still pretty sure that Mecha Sonic would win. He completely destroyed one of Robotnik's eggmobile things. I honestly doubt that any of Wily's inventions would fare better.
Alucard is a deal more badass, he'd make for a better fight against Remilia. Fairly tough call, truly. But I'm still gonna say Remilia, pretty sure the Gungnir would off him in no time. Forget dodging because the bloody thing never misses. xD
