LunarSpotlight Intro

Hello Touhou music forum, I'm Lunar. I first became interested in things Touhou-related Fall 2009 when my friend stumbled upon a model pack for Team Fortress 2. His reaction was "hurr, anime" while my reaction was, this is interesting. On Steam, I tried joining the group responsible for its creation, but that group was locked at the time (it's since opened up to the public) so I joined the related group nicknamed "Twohou", because I guess they're a branch off of a prior group.

Since then, I've become acquainted with this corner of the world, and I hang around because I find it's filled with interesting people who are, among other things, brought together by a central interest, and I don't mind it.

I don't really have a favorite musician, though that can be applied to any sort of music for me. I don't have a particular artist I like to follow or listen to in any sort of music. The sort of music I like listening to is that which I find sounds cool. This is often stuff which I don't hear on the radio, like music with interesting or unique beats or other elements which set it apart from the music which everyone else seems to have heard before. I think there's plenty of unique music in the Touhou realm, so I've become a listener.

If I had to choose a favorite character, I'd say it depends on the context. I'm not familiar with a whole lot of characters, so unfortunately this may sound a bit generic. In SWR or Hisotensoku, I favor playing with either Sakuya or Patchy. In "Touhou Fortress 2" with the character models, I play Demo a ton, which happens to be Suika. I also do a bit of drawing, and the only character I've drawn so far from Touhou is Youmu.

Lastly, if I had to pick one song from the original Touhou games, it'd be 『広有射怪鳥事 ～ Till When?』 from PCB. This is probably due in part to a flash animation I stumbled upon which had a modified version of the song playing.
